ARCHELLO

This condominium renovation focused on creating a calm, open living environment that highlights expansive views and a curated collection of artwork. The design reimagines the main living area by removing interior walls, allowing the space to feel continuous from the moment of entry. The 3,277-square-foot layout includes two bedrooms, an office, and an open living and dining area, organized to feel both spacious and comfortable.

At the center of the home is a kitchen wrapped in sandstone and defined by subtle linear cove lighting, anchoring the main living space. A restrained palette of natural materials, including sandstone, soapstone, marble, and white oak, gives the interiors a quiet, refined character. Carefully integrated lighting highlights the artwork throughout the home, reinforcing a clean, minimal atmosphere that feels both elegant and livable.
